After staying at my dads, a wedding and going to Amsterdam for a few days I've put on again. That's fine. I didn't want to obsess over calorie counting whilst away and now I'm paying the price for it. Back on it now and going swimming with my mum soon.
110 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 3 kg.    Nog te gaan: 30 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

As long as you had fun it was worth the gain. Donā€™t look back move forward, fast on fast off if you stay focused. You can do it 😉
