Haven't lost any more weight this week still 10.7, but think that because of water retention - have bought some water balance tablets will see if they do the trick. At least not putting on and have lost 11 pounds since Christmas so that can't be bad can it??
7 pounds to lose by 25th Aug. Will I do it???
Still on the slim fast and also on fibre diet pills from holland and barrett.
Will keep you posted.
