crabby Kat's Logboek, 22 jun 12

Today was rough; I had no energy despite my anti-fatigue medication, couldn't make it to my 5th exercise class for the week. Guess my body said "enough already!" I did take my car tthrough DEQ and ran a couple other errands, then we briefly went to a farmers market in the rain. We had fresh summer squash & cherries with dinner; I had pineapple salsa in cottage cheese;Yum! Didn't feel like eating pork. The salsa was so good I had more on a whole wheat English muffin; I love green card salsas!
I plan on going to yoga in the morning; I hope my body's up to the challenge!

Woo HOo - so glad your sticking point finally moved down! I also have lost two sizes and only those close to me notice. Maybe people are afraid it will "insult" you if they say, "geez, you look like you lost a ton!" LOL LOL
