It was actually a little more. I normally weigh myself au natural but today I left on some items. So maybe a few more ounces? (How much does a shirt and under things weigh anyhow?) I am just coming off of all the cold meds so weight loss should resume soon. :) I am still in ketosis so all is good there, just the dang meds have slowed me down a touch but it hasn't stopped me yet. :)
