Went to Berlin for a week so didn’t really stick to my low protein diet. Ate good food though, with no snacky processed foods. Haven’t put on any weight but did develop the gall bladder pain again, so back to low protein high carb diet. Haven’t passed any stones for two weeks! Let’s see how this week goes.
