Went from drinking two large coffees a day with 5 sugar, 4 cream (18%) to a small cup with half a teaspoon of sugar and a teaspoon of creamer (silk coconut coffee lightener)

Get a frother. Frothed almond milk is so good with coffee. Add a bit of agave syrup for sweetness.
