Eating vegetarian is going well. I don't even need meat half the time.... sometimes I crave it though.
77,1 kg Tot nu toe verloren: 15,9 kg.    Nog te gaan: 6,8 kg.    Dieet gevolgd: Redelijk Goed.

I've been a vegetarian for 6 years, It was one of the best decisions I made in my life. Its always so exciting to hear when other people are giving it a try. There are alot of really delicious vegetarians foods, there are also some that aren't as tasty and dont let those turn you off to vegetarianism. I wish you the best of luck and messege me if you have questions or want some help knowing what products are the yummiest :) take care

Thank you! What is your favourite veggie "meat" brand for things like veggie burgers and other meat replacements? I am thinking I will be moving towards semi-vegetarianism, I don't want to be too strict with myself because I think that might make me give up entirely. But cutting down on meat is already making me feel more socially responsible. What reasons did you become vegetarian/vegan?
