Eeeeeek! I have been very naughty over the last 8weeks - it was my birthday 3 weeks ago and we had my son's party at the beginning of June and a friend's party a few days after, so I didn't keep tabs on what I was consuming at all. Consequently, I am now back up to 135lbs (9st 9lbs), so it's back to counting again to try and shift the half a stone I've gained since I was last on here....
