Went to target and found the coconut oil on an even better reduced price. The other day it was 6 something a jar, today it was 3.94. (Plus an extra 5%off) Sweet! I picked up 5 more jars. I should be set for a while now.

Hi Rose! My dad turned me on to coconut oil last summer, only I was only using it for better flavored popcorn! When I was visiting him this summer they fried their chicken in it and it was SOOO good! They buy theirs at Costco. I figured I'd go check it out now that I'm home. Your coconut oil journal entry caught my attention, but when I read your profile I thought that I could have been reading about myself! I also run my own business and base my hours around my son's school schedule. I live on the southeast coast of Florida, and love to fish too!

Wow, crazy similarities. I just found out about coconut oil and I love it. I also love fishing but almost never get to go. I run a fishing business out of a flea market and also distribute to tackle stores. The hours can be a bit much since I do it all around my son's schedule.
