Weigh in is 2 days away and as of right now the scale is not my friend.
i am a bit frustrated so i guess that it's good that i am paid up through mid april, cuz otherwise i might just give up.
last week i gained for the second time (i know that it wasn't much, but it bothers me) and the first 69 lbs were really pretty easy and suddenly i have gained 2 times in a month and can't seem to break the 70lb mark. i follow plan 100%, seldom go into my activity points or weekly allowances and now i am suddenly hungry all the time again (the hunger started when the weather got cold, but then went away).

i'm hoping that the gain is simply that i began exercising again (really getting back into the swing of things, kinda fell out of the habit in november) and maybe i'm building muscle again (though, i built plenty before and didn't gain, so i don't know)

oh well almost 2 days left to exercise and eat well before weigh in.

If you started exercising again (and feel hungry), your body might be telling you it needs more fuel. Are you using some of your flex points? You might want to try upping your protein. You have lost so much weight (don't even think of quitting). You are doing great! Another thing to try is maybe breaking your meals into 5 or 6 smaller meals with a little protein at each meal. I know people who have had success with eating like that. Plus, restarting an exercise plan can make you gain a little too (from the tears in the muscle fibers). Drink plenty of water! No matter what keep going, because the alternative is gaining weight (and you don't want that). Good luck!

i am right there too i feel like now its slowed right down and before it was just falling off. So i went out and tried on the next size down in jeans and guess what i actually got them over my thighs and could do them up (not comfortably at all) but i realized i am getting somewhere even though the scale doesn't tell me so. so try that it'll make you feel much better its not just about the scale remember

Thanks. I do eat 3 meals and at least 2 snacks, usually. I did recently go out and buy new jeans (jumped from a 18 plus to a ladies 14, yay!) i ate well and exercised this week pretty regularly and hope that it shows tomorrow.
