I have been diagnosed with Lupus, RA, Neuropathy, Fibromyalgia, Hypothyroidism, Ocular Migraines, I am physically limited in the things that one can normally do.
I do what I can do then I need to rest or be in bed for two or three days. I am looking to live a healthier lifestyle in the hopes that it will improve my ability to be more productive.
