I just turned 53. I am about 120 lbs over weight. I no longer like myself, I can not hardly tie my shoes for cutting of my air supply. I have no energy and fell tired all the time. I don't want to go anywhere or do anything. It makes me very sad as I used to ride horses, ride motorcycles, I was very social. Not any more. I despise what I see in the mirror, and having to shop in the plus size stores is a real drag.
