I am a 32 year old Female from FL. I am married and have been for 14 years, I have 4 beautiful children, of which 3 are doing South Beach along with me. I have been successful on Atkins in the past, however, I wanted something a litle more liberal after induction so I Chose SB. I would like to lose about 35 pounds. Those are same 35 that I have been losing and gaining for the longest time. I hope to succeed by the end of the year.
