I am married have on son and 2 great step kids. my son and step daughter are married, with my step son getting married the last of April. My son is having ther first baby in Aug, very excited to be a grandma. I am a finance manager so i seat alot at work with some days being long hours and not getting home to eat till 8:30. I have tried every diet that has ever came out since i have always had a weight problem and always will, the south beach is the easiest to stay on and fits what i like to eat.

My husband has been laid off since Dec 1st so it has been somewhat stressful. he just got a job will start in a week, Our prays have been answered.

I was never one to exercise but have started walking we do have a weight set in the basement, so I will start doing that this week also after reading journals that it helps shape, i really need that.
