I am a 34 yr old hispanic, mother of 2 and step mom of 2 others. My life consist on nothing except be the taxi driver for practice and school. I stoped working 7 months ago and went into a deep depression as I could not tkae my daughter getting deployed to Afghanistan.... But I do recognized what I was doing wrong and am ready to fix it.

Recently my husband got told by his doctor that if he does not loose 20 lbs by January and his blood preasure doesn't go down, they are going to have to put him on medication. There for I realize, I was putting my whole family in danger. My daughter living at home is 15pds over weight and so is my son. Me am 12 pds over weight some people say well that is not a lot for me it is since I have to change the way I eat to save my husband. He's dad had high blood preasure all his life and didn't take care of it. He died at the age of 47, my husband is 40 I do not want to loose my family.

So as of today we are all going on a diet. Have to pack luches, make healthier meals and lots of activities for all the family. But we are doing it
