I am a young woman living in Denver, CO who recently decided to get back into shape! I played soccer competitively throughout high school and was in amazing shape, however a lack of exercise combined with a poor diet has reversed the work I had accomplished when I was younger.

I am a multimedia designer who is currently working on my second degree. I love being in school and have really enjoyed my design work, however it consists of sitting in front of a computer all the time. I'm looking to make substantial lifestyle changes to balance out my passion for multimedia design and healthy living, and figured this was a great way to start!

I actually found this site from an application for my smart phone to count my calories. The app for this site is awesome, and you can sync your profile and add anything through the app while you are out and about, never missing a beat! I look forward to sharing my journey with others and seeing the progress of others with similar goals.
