Ready to get healthy one day at a time. Taking weekly lipo injections and using mild appetite suppressants for the inital phase. Currently drinking SlimFast four times a day and eating a low fat high fiber meal at dinner. I have a goal of at least 30 minutes physical activity 5 times a week.
