I am 51 years old and I am a dental hygienist.I have been overweight for most of my adult life. I am a yo yo dieter. Gain some, lose some over and over until I turned 50. OMG I have gained over 25 lbs in the last year. I am a sugar addict - more specifically a chocolate addict. I have high blood pressure and my joints kill me. After one day of chasing my 17mo old grandson around it takes me 3 days to recover. Back, feet and hips let me know how out of shape I am.
I'm not getting any younger so I feel it now or never.
