I'm a wife, mother of two in college and accountant, by trade. I lost a bunch of weight 10 yrs ago but have since gained it back and then some. At that time I followed the 4 Hour Body plan: no white carbs, eat every 4 hours same small meals, restrict calories 6/7 days, 30 mg protein within 30 min of waking, no milk, restrict fruit to avocados and tomatoes, and take one day off.
I am going to do a variation of this and restrict 5/7 days. Oh and getting at least 10,000 steps/day. To do this I break my walking into 2 parts.. AM/PM
I weighed in at 200lbs when I started.
