53 year old Caucasion woman, sedentary lifestyle, Have never been overweight - always around 50kg to 52kgs (110 lbs to 114lbs), 1.72 metres tall (5ft 7"), weighing in at 56,.5 (post-menopausal belly fat and hip rolls. Recently stopped smoking so having the nicotine cravings and the diet at the same time. Photo taken 18 months ago. No sign of a belly. Weight was approximately 51 kilograms
