Hi All,
My name is Sara and I am currently a college student in sunny ol' Central Florida. Let me start off by saying that I am definitely not a fan of the Freshman 15. It's REAL people, and for me, its the Freshman 17.
Throughout my teen years I have always had a body image problem. Even when I was 25lbs lighter. Problem is, I never did anything about it besides complain. And complaining does not make you happy with yourself, trust me, I know from experience.
I graduated at 155 two and a half years ago, and now here I am... ready to change. I have grown out of the "hating" myself stage, and am ready to commit to a life of health and exercise. The best part is... I am doing this for me. I am doing this because I can and I deserve to look in the mirror and like what I see.
This epiphany hit me after I started Insanity, (thanks Sean T). I indulged in the satisfaction I felt after completing each INSANE (to say in the very least) exercise. Now I am motivated and pledging that I will not go back to my lethargic, self-hating ways.
I am ready to suceed!
