I am an electrical engineer and an atomic spectroscopist
Avid motorbiker 12 FLSTFB, 03 VRSCA, 15 XG750, 82 GS1100GK.
Also a professional chef for 34 years
I enjoy the gym. I fight JKD, and play racquetball with nunchukas. I am double sticked with nunchukas as both my right and left hand can handle the sticks with equal speed and accuracy.
Favorite weight work out is free bar squats.
Favorite aerobic workout is Nunchukas Racquetball.
Favorite summer is hiking to the back country lakes and fishing with my wife.
