My name is Bo. I'm a former college athlete and fitness fanatic who decided to say F it and go the other direction. After a series of injuries, followed by surgeries, I am now learning to walk again. It's been a long road back. However, I have learned to appreciate the little things that I once took for granted. I'm 46 and from August 2021 to June 2022 I was bedridden in a nursing home.
