I am a 50 year old woman, diabetic with some osto arthritis.. I have started losing weight and stopped smoking(woo hoo)I have much more energy now so this is the time to keep going forward. I am also diabetic, not a verry good one, but plan to get better,
I am in this with my sister who lives states away:( this is out journey together.
