After a really rough year and half I am back on the wagon. The picture to the left is me at my skinniest weight 178.5
I don't necessarily need to get all the way back there, I think I will be happy if I get back into the 100's, and even happier if I can get back to 185, which was the lowest weight I maintained for the longest time.
