I weighed in at 184.4 lb. on February 1, and the goal is to lose eight lb. over the course of 28 days. **Update:** totally did that, and fell in love with the intermittent fasting lifestyle, so sticking with it permanently! Goal weight is now 162 pounds. **Update:** Totally did that... new goal is 155! **Update:** Totally did that... new goal is 147! **Update:** Totally did that... new goal is 144.4 (which is an even forty-pound loss!)! **Update:** Totally did that and I am SO HAPPY! Now to maintain it forever and ever!
I will lose this weight via intermittent fasting -- specifically 16:8. **Update:** I'm usually 18:6 to 21:3 these days, which seems to be working like a charm! **Update:** I'm going to continue IF for maintenance... I love the health benefits of this lifestyle as much as I love the weight loss!
I still plan to add exercise later. :-)
