I'm a mom of two teens living in the great Southwest. I started gaining weight after the birth of my second child ... 16 years ago!
Five and a half years ago I did WW and lost 25 pounds, then moved and gained more than that back.
High cholestrol, high blood pressure -- mostly I want to be in shape for my family and to feel better about myself.
