I should have learned a longtime ago that words like Cute and chubbie
were just going to be the beginning to Stocky, Big Fella and Fluffy
My excuse was that i was born with Asthma
so all my childhood i was overweight
until junior high when puberty kicked in my asthma went away
In high school i was 150lb because of football
After getting rejected from the High School Basketball team for being only 5' 6"
i got depressed , started partying more (drinking) and my weight increased to 170
At 23yrs old i got engaged to my longtime girlfriend and we had 2 kids
after many pizzas and wings later " you can relate if you have kids"
i blossomed to 308lbs at 39years
No longer in love "my girlfriend cheated on me"/ we got separated
After being diagnosed
with the beginning stages of diabetes and heart problems
i looked at my kids especially my 5 year old son
and told myself NO Excuses, NO Pain NO Gain
This motivated me to take charge of my life
Since not being able to afford gastric bypass
i found a DR monitored weight loss program and lost 135lbs in 7 months
now at 173 , i felt happy but wanted more
i got a new chance in life - with a new job moved from Phoenix to San Diego
i wanted more than ever to reach my goal weight of 165
After tweaking my workouts (7 days a week) and food intakes (1200 calories) LOW Carbing
I got down to my goal 165
Now 2 years later
I'm struggling with bulimia and depression
I need everyone's help- to get back on track :)
UPDATE
after careful consideration i will be content
between 155 and 158
