Hi, my name is Jerry.
I lift heavy. I am currently using the Juggernaut Training System.
I am 53 years old.
I am at a comfortable weight, but would like to drop a few lbs. my goal is 180. But, I feel like I’ll never reach it. Mainly, I don’t have the strict food discipline to get there. But, I keep working on it regardless.
