Empty nester of 5 awesome kids :) <3 Married to my best friend <3

I have been diagnosed with spondylothesis of the L4 / L5, frontal slippage of the vertebra. I am told I need to change how I do everything - this is a life change!
Movement can be difficult at times.

Food is so frustrating for me! I am allergic to Whey and Casein (milk) and beef (pssst: and it is in EVERYTHING!). Along with being such a picking eater does not leave much to eat! Found out about my allergy a few years ago because my psoriasis got really bad and would not heal!

So off I go to change my life style - looking forward to the outcome - it WILL be a journey :).
