Hi Everyone!!!! I have been doing Atkins off and on for the last 9 months and have gotten as low as 125.8 pounds and I let myself get off track after christmas!!! Im sick of feeling miserable about letting myself gain back all that I had worked for=( I want to do this really strict for the next couple of weeks in hopes to see some real results faster than before (cause I cheated alot)!!!! Here goes to the big Atkins!!! I know it works and Im ready to make an amazing transformation Physical and Emotional!!!!!
