Back at it again. Lost 90 pounds 2 years ago felt great, bought all new clothes. Now 40 pounds came back on (seems like overnight) and I am having the hardest time getting motivated again. I am older and it is so hard to lose weight when you are older.

I seem to keep losing the same pounds over and over again. I grew up with deserts after dinner and that seems to be my big downfall as well as being laid off and still haven't found a job after 5 months! So comfort foods help lure me off track
