I am a single mother of two beautiful girls. I work in a Public School (Special Education teacher) and am on the go all day long. I also have three step daughters from my previous relationship and they stay with me throughout the summer and Christmas holidays. I recently (a year and 1/2 ago)moved home with my parents to help them out financially. Unfortunately, it has also caused some depression and I am DEFINITELY a depression eater. It wasn't the only factor though. I enjoy food. It is my downside!

I have tried a lot of diets: Weight Watchers, Stillman's, Atkins, diet pills (all kinds), etc. The problem is I am a picky eater. I will eat meat (I laugh and say I am a carnivore), but I don't care for most fruits and vegetables. I eat green beans, peas, potatoes, and just started eating broccoli this week. As for fruits, I eat watermelon, oranges, apples, and grapes. That is it. All others need not apply themselves to my plate! I am trying to learn to eat other vegetables right now. I just started eating broccoli this week. I found that if I roll it in ranch dressing, I forget that it tastes like a leaf. :) Seriously though...thats where I fail. I don't care for most fruits and vegetables!

I will finish this later when I have more time....
