It's 1:25 am. I can't sleep. Shouldn't have had that Starbucks double shot on ice at 10 pm I suppose. Well... I've recovered from my downward turn and am feeling optimistic again. I've decided to veer from FS diet for awhile and follow an eating regime that I resorted to in the aftermath of Hurricane Dolly. Essentially it is a combo of FS phases I and II (aided by lean cuisine meals) and Slim Fast. I have 24 lbs to lose to get to what I would consider a "glorious weight" for me- but only 10-15 lbs to get to a "comfortable weight." You know what I mean by a comfortable weight- it's the weight you're at where you don't mind folks taking pictures of you at all- in fact, sometimes you fork over your own camera to people because you WANT to be in pictures. For me, that's somewhere between 164 and 170. But my ultimate goal is 155.
I've said a lot about what I eat, don't eat, shouldn't eat, etc in my journals but haven't said much about exercise. There's a good reason for that. I don't do any. I'm not saying I can't or am unwilling- I'm just at a point where I definitely need some motivation to get moving. I live in a massively hot and humid area so exercising between 10am and 6pm is out. Also, I don't have "gym membership" kind of money so that too is out. At this point I'm looking at walking or biking as options. Keep you posted.
