Seems like I putted the work in (even though yesterday’s slip). Im really tired, i spent the night studying, I wanted to go bed like around 2:30 am but when I looked the time it was already 4:00 am , upsie.

Had a family lunch today , at my country we make this huge plate called cocido , for starters soup and then a huge plates with meat , peas, cabbage ... it’s delicious ... my auntie brought a huge tiramisu cake, I had a piece and it was delicious , I feel as if I’m going to explode hahahha.
Let’s see how the weight in feels tomorrow...

Today was a nice day even thou I was not able to exercise, I’m trying to get my drivers license and next Tuesday I’ll have the theory exam so my days this week consist on attending university online and studying for my drivers.
To cope with all of this I’m trying to fast and then eat well at lunch and dinner, having a piece of fruit if hungry at mid evening.
It actually helps me to concentrate os studying because I’m not going about “gettin something from the kitchen”, I’ve been having lots of coffee must say.
Tonight for “dessert” I had a bowl of warm oats with milk to which I added a banana, it was delicious and I believe it was under 300 calories.

Tonight there was a champions soccer game so I ate lots of popcorn and sunflower seeds at night and that’s okay.
I ate good today , I’m trying to eat healthy (which means no over processed foods basically) and avoid snacking, when the time comes I do not restrict I eat till I’m no longer feeling hungry. I will try not restrict as I did long time ago.
This is something I want to maintain.
I will weight again next Sunday.
