Today is Day 1 of my newly motivated weight-loss plan. My aim is to lose 10-l5lbs in this coming month. I truly wish that I succeed this time around. For the past 3 years I have been battling my weight, constantly gaining and losing. I also realised that the biggest problems with my weight struggle has been due to three things: the first is my low metabolism, the second is poor eating schedule (skipping breakfast and eating late), the third is the deficiency of water in my diet (I drink very little water). I hope that now that I have acknowledged my issues with weight-loss that I can move forward and set my long-term journey to losing 50 lbs, and to maintain a healthy and beautiful physique in the process.

I gained 8 lbs. I have a struggle to lose weight. I have encountered this issue previously in which I have lost some weight, and nearly gained it all back. I need to learn how to commit to achieving weight loss.I know that I crave meats, and cheese alot. But for now I'll quit the carbohydrates.
