I googled myself some more. I saw some old pictures of myself and I actually looked happier than I feel now. I know I had more hope for my future self then than I have now maybe. Today has not been a good day for me haha.

I just GOOGLED myself. because someone told me I have an online presence? ?? I couldnt wait to get home to see what the what on the big monitor! Put in Menia H.. pressed the search icon and lawdy I saw lots of images if folks that aren't me. I clicked on some profiles out of curiosity. I need to know things, really. I found 3 facebook profiles. Two of them I made and I guess a third one from a hacker. The most interesting thing I've found so far is a picture that I took of a dish I made a few years ago and posted on a recipe site. I was shocked. My name was no where on the image but I know I had to be a member of the site before I could post photos or recipes or comments. Incredible. Even though I had forgotten making that dish I hadn't forgotten cutting up the veggies and the sausage etc.. I don't remember all the particulars about the nutritional values, but it was probably very tasty. I'm just saying!

I had an okay day. I h ad a nutrition class today and just decided to miss my eye appointment. It was at the CBOC and I just didn't want to deal with them today. They had me scheduled for too much anyway.
I got my flu shot and I had a frozen wild cherry drink from Burger King and I also had a whopper with no cheese. My outing was not all bad. LOL So I had 5 servings of bread today. one bun and 3 slices of whole grain sugar free bread. I like that bread but it does not last long without getting moldy or that smell that indicates to me it's going bad.
I'm going to cut Clarence my SO loose. He makes me feel foolish then all of the bad feels manifest. Yep. This will be the week.
I walked a little more but i feel sluggish.
