UGH...up 1.5 pounds. My rings are tight so I guess I am retaining water, also dont think I am drinking enough water, my own fault.
I have been stressed out and need to refocus.
New day, new resolve!
EDIT: Is anyone else aware of this??
I am eating an Atkins Peanut Butter bar as a meal replacement...in my past "Atkins" life they were 4NC...now they are 14NC??? WHEN did that happen? They used to deduct the sugar alcohols from the carb count..not anymore?
ok, just did my food count for yesterday, netcarbs were over 36...well that explains some of my problem with the weight gain.

Dinner with the CEOs and I crapped out!
Had dinner last night with two of the CEOs of the company I worked for at an ITALIAN restaurant, I did not want to be THAT woman who only eats salads...so I ordered what I thought would be a healthy alternative and man o man...what a mistake. When the waitress handed me the plate I KNEW I was in trouble. I ordered Chicken Marsala, BUT they TOSSED it in the penne pasta! added onions! and drenched it in the marsala reduction which was loaded with sugar! I could not, at that point, not eat the food with them sitting there so I gingerly tried to scrape the sauce off the chicken and eat around the pasta. And then, OH how did this happen?? I ate a piece of garlic flat bread WITHOUT EVEN THINKING about it! I did not even realize it till tonight as I am going over last night in my mind.
(head bowed) Body please forgive me...back on track and the only craving is to stay Atkins friendly!!

Last 2 days I have been soooo hungry! Last night I made some bacon and had some cheddar cheese with it, It does NOT feel like cravings, I am just hungry! My fat intake has been around 50-54% of my diet.
