Exercised five days a week last week. Working to keep that trend this week. And eating better. What what! Fasted and then an awesome salad. Killing it today. Not every day BUT I’m going to lift myself up today for being good today. Living in the moment. ❤️

It’s okay to take a break from dieting and just live at your new weight for a bit. Focus on your new appreciation for your journey and take the time to give yourself grace, compassion, respect, and enjoy the reasons you keep pushing. My minion is my WHY!

Fell down a hill last night while waking the dogs. Ice and elevation. It hurts so bad but at least it’s not my driving leg so I can still drive the bus tomorrow. So much pain. But I’ll be okay.
