I know no one will believe me but FORGET ABOUT THE CALORIES. FORGET ABOUT THE CARBS. I can't believe I didn't do this earlier there's this ONE diet that will make you feel alive(literally feeling so good and alive) and so clear minded. It's the raw vegan diet (or Raw till 4). If you think it's a bad unsustainable diet, omg, just wait until you try it. This is my seventh day. Basically eat as many fruits and vegetables / raw natural things until 4pm and then eat as many potatoes / sweet potatoes / gluten free corn pasta as you want. I'm not joking (you can find the evidence everywhere I recommend watching Freelee the banana girl on Youtube) THIS IS AMAZING. I never feel hungry but when I eat I don't feel guilty or heavy - I feel light, energetic and amazing. You can even eat as many dates as you can (make sure they are organic and 100% no preservatives or any added ingredients). Trust me, everything is going to be good on this lifestyle. Everything will change.

Changed my goal weight because I realised that 50kg was a bit too underweight for my height. I have grown a lot since I have joined so my goal weight has to therefore change as well. 55kg seems a bit more reasonable as I will be heavy due to muscle mass as well so I do not mind if I am at 56kg at all. LETS DO THIS

Yeah I have not weighed in for a while so my weight has gone up. I have been worrying about it going up as I have been doing exercise, drinking water and eating well but I have realised it is just muscle mass increasing and since muscle increases fat will increase a little too. JUST A FEW MORE WEEKS AND THAT FAT WILL BE GONE WOO

WOO doing a mile a day challenge ^_^ week 3 of 4 :D I started four days earlier by mistake but that got me prepared :D Feeling great but I have also got a leg injury from doing this... its quite mild but I don't know if I should finish the challenge first. I really want to finish it but my leg hurts. I know it is crazy that I want to carry on but I will rest after doing it I guess ^_^
