I have to admit I quite enjoy a lazy/rest day. I normally do something around the house to occupy myself, today l got the rubber gloves on and blitzed the toilet lol 😂 l know it’s a lot to share since I am new in the group but if you can’t share that, then I guess I would find it hard to let you know if l went off target lol 😂. Although I am resting I still managed a load of exercises, press-ups, squats, sit-ups to name a few, all in preparation for my new slimmer body lol 😂. It’s been great reading how well people are doing and seeing the meals you are preparing for yourselves, l will definitely be trying a number of them out. I hope that you are all safe and well. Beginning to feel a lot better within myself. Not had any chocolate, biscuits, cake, or crisps for 6 weeks now. This food group has always been my downfall 🥴. I have been food shopping wisely and planning more so that’s been a great help. Weather has been a bit hit and miss today so I decided to get my turbo trainer out. Once setup l thought that l would use another HiiT video, this one is aptly named Enter the “RED” Zone. It’s an hour of full on torture lol 😂 l something wonder why I put myself through this at my age lol 😂. Still l am sure you are aware that HiiT workouts burn fat/calories long after you have stopped exercising, it’s like 20% during activity and 80% over the next 5-6 hours. What’s not to like !!!! 👌. That’s me just settling down for the evening. It’s been a great day, l begun by weighing myself and was pleasantly surprised by how much I had lost (6.2 lbs). This set me up for a busy schedule that I had planned since it was raining once again. I wanted to carry out some bike repairs (new bottom bracket) and adjust my gears, so once again by bedroom became a workshop lol 😂 (floor covering laid) as normal l ended up doing more work, l am a little fussy about my bikes 😇. After I had finished my repairs I set about cleaning the house. Now I felt able to sit down and chill out a bit. As l sipped my coffee l remembered that I needed to change the settings on my Polar V650 bike computer. So out comes the MacBook and I spend the next few hours re-arranging the different screens on my watch V800 and V650, once synced I thought I should try it out and got the turbo trainer out and got ready for a session. I was looking to do around an hour of work but wanted it to be a hard session, with that in mind I selected a DVD called Lean and Mean. This is an hour of HiiT training using big gearing (hill work) when I finally finished it I was knackered lol 😂 l am guessing that’s the point lol 😂 bike put away, showered and ready for my evening meal. That’s brings me nicely back to me sipping my coffee. As l said at the beginning a great day. Ok guys, I hope you are all safe and in good health, take care 👍🙏👍
