I know I have posted about my frustrations about my weight and my progress before. And the support and comments I receive are very nice and helpful.
If anyone can help me out or give me advice about losing weight here’s some background about me. The following reasons are also why I am frustrated.
I have PCOS which makes it very hard to lose weight but very easy to gain/keep on weight.
I’ve gone weeks eating less than 1000 calories and working out at the same time. And I saw no difference on the scale.
I’m also on the younger side and care very much about what people think of me and how I think of my self. And this whole weight loss journey has taken a toll on my mental well-being. I just wanna lose weight
Recently I have eaten less than 1200 a day and walk about 6 miles everyday and I’m gaining weight not losing it. I also have been drinking way more water than usual to see if it was my water intake that was holding me back

I’m super frustrated about my weight, my eating routine has not changed and I’m gaining weight! I feel like I’m moving more(walking about 6 miles a day). And yet I’m not loosing weight, I’m gaining. I know losing weight isn’t linear but it would be nice to see my efforts show on that scale.
