Looks like this week is going to go by slowwww! Ive been able to amp up my workouts and Im still sticking to my diet, but the weight dosn't seem to want to move this week. Keep trying, I guess

Yesterday absolutely sucked! I had to go shopping for A dressy even this coming Saturday, and although, even when I was slimmer, I didn't much care for dresses, this was a nightmare.I spent all day long, looking for something, yearning for something that I might look half way decent in...it was so crushing to see myself in those dressing room mirrors, pathetically trying on clothes. I seriously felt like crying.
I finally ended up with a plain black pant suit(one size larger than I thought I was) and a nice blouse. I feel as if I will look like Im going to a funeral rather than a happy event:(
Im really having a down day today...even exercise is not appealing to me today..I just want to sit and never show my fat face out in public again.
This too shall pass.

I am not going to eat pasta or potatoes or bread for 1 week. Thats my motto for this coming week. Those foods are my absolute favorite meals and I can, believe me, I can eat them like there is no tomorrow! If I can stay away for one week, I'm hoping that I will be able to slowly add them back into my diet, but at a healthy level!
As for now, meats,cheese, eggs and fish and salad are my best friends!
