Still have my sore hamstring but it's almost better. When Nic goes back to boarding school I'm hoping it will be better and I can resume the bar classes and running again. It's getting better every day but in the meantime I'm
Trying to be good about the diet but it's just really hard. Everything I like has carbs and I can only have 40 a day😥

Today was disastrous but delicious.
Cooked all morning and made really great food but I am double my carb allotment for the day. The good news is that I have protein for the next year because there is so much turkey left. Going back to equinox ASAP.

Thanksgiving is approaching. I had to go to the cheese shop today where the line was like a ride at disneyland. No fast pass. Anyway the salespeople always slice off little pieces for you to try and so when they weren't looking I would throw the pieces into my purse so I didn't eat them. I wanted to though. I got some AMAZING cheeses and I'm going to make a little composed plate of them for each person.
I didn't run today or do weights. I mean there are weights in my inside out bar class at equinox so I suppose I did a lot of arm weights and planks and pushups but no weight machines. It was a light exercise day despite the sheer hell of bar. I think I pulled my hamstring because it hurts terribly getting into and out of my car.
I bought multivitamins because I feel like Im eating so little that I will probably die of starvation and not realize it. Or all my hair will fall out. Need to figure out the carb free vegetables so I can have something other than protein.

So far this nightmare of 40 carbs a day hasn't been too bad. However, Thanksgiving is in just a few days. I made a gorgeous rosemary sourdough bread for the stuffing and it is in cubes, too bad I only get to have like a quarter cup of stuffing. WTF. But turkey is okay to eat. And apparently I can have champagne. Still it looks like I am eating barely anything on this website. I'm not really hungry. I only had half the robeks smoothie this morning because I was full after a few sips. This never happens. It's the medicine. Heading to the gym now for my daily torture.
