I am HERE!!! finally i am in Norway and i am so happy :) i got here yesterday and spent the day lugging around about 60kg of weight so understandably my arms are aching today. yesterday i didnt eat as badly as i thought i would the only bad bad thing i had was chocolate but i resisted cheese! i did have pasta and probably will keep having it as i am not familiar with many of the different shops. This morning however i have had a bowl of museli and will have an apple as a snack and then i shall attempt shopping again for some more veggies so i can make a soup or something equally lovely :)
I have included my measurements (as accurate as i can make them) as i am unable to weigh myself day like i usually like to so i am going to try measuring myself weekly.
waist 100cm (39inches)
hips 110cm (43 inches)
chest 91cm (35.7 inches)
arm 32 cm (12.5 inches)
thigh 62cm (12.3 inches)
ankle 22cm (8.6 inches)

I have made a friend here already a really sweet lithuanian girl although she is a little intense and wants to do lots of things with me ie join the gym, go fishing (never been before) go swimming in the lake if the weather permits and also do some hiking! i am definitely up for all of these things although i think today i am going to spend the day by myself getting to know the area and such:) also im taking my camera so expect some pictures especially those of you on my facebook!

back into the 160's wooo still .1 up from last week but hey its still in the 160's The weekend is here the weekend i am almost guaranteed to gain weight on. why? because i am going out drinking with friends to say goodbye tonight and my tolerence is so low the likelyhood of me eating something bad in my drunk state is high and secondly because on saturday we are hosting a leaving/birthday/welcome bbq party at my house in for which i shall be making jelly and cupcakes and all sorts of lovely treats and ill be dammned if i dont get to try them. so my plan is to try and be restrictive with myself tonight and not go overboard and then on saturday i am not going to go crazy with food and will make sure i have an epic workout at the gym on sunday to make up for the horrific weekend ahead. I have also decided noo scales this weekend yes i know i havent weighed in for a week but i just refuse to see that scale get any higher especially when i know it can get lower.

I also figure that when i first move to norway im going to be crazy poor so my eating will have to get better because i wont be able to afford nice bad things so healthy is the way. i hope

edit: went to the gym this morning got weighed by awesome accurate scales which tell me im 76.9kg i can handle that 169.5! had my blood pressure taken though and it was crazy low she took it 3 times it started off 111/69 and got lower each other time she did it bit worriying ive always had slightly low blood pressure but not that bad ah well what can i do eh ;)
