Had my light out at 10:30 last night! lol I know it's only 30 minutes, but it did make a difference! Anyway, eating going great. I got in 90 oz of water yesterday, so woohoo! Food still going good--no cheating. Planning a salad from Wendy's tonight. Just can't decide which one. I want to try to avocado one and the nutritional count is very encouraging. I just don't know if I would like mashed avocado in my salad. I've had sliced avocado and it was good. It shouldn't be that big a difference, right? Anyway, here's to another good day! Oh, and the scales this morning showed me down 6.5 lbs for the week!

Day 4 going great! Running a little behind with water intake so just gonna have to chug a bottle of water to catch up. I have to make an effort to drink anything because I'm a "sipper" and a 20-oz bottle of anything can last me all day if I don't pay attention. Been getting 88 oz each day this week. Want to get 100, but haven't been able to get that last 12 before bed and refuse to do it right before bed because I'm not getting up to pee. lol
Food intake going good. I was having some cravings last night, but I kept myself busy and stayed away. Missed my walk last night, but I was at the grocery store and Lowe's so I did get some walking in.
I'm only logging my weight weekly, but I hopped on the scales this morning to see where I'm at--down 5 pounds! I know it's water weight but that's definitely a good thing. I need it gone.
Really proud of myself. If I can just get to bed by 10 tonight. 11 o'clock every night is just too late for me, but I can't seem to make it to bed earlier. Gonna try again tonight! :)

Day three going well. Pleased with yesterday's eating. Went to bed a little earlier last night, but still not what I want. Did get in a good walk last night with my boys. Made chicken fried cauliflower rice last night with enough leftovers for dinner tonight--looking forward to it. It was pretty yummy! Need to get some portable peanut butter packs. Need a protein source for a snack at work. I tend to get an afternoon craving. Feeling proud of myself. :)

Day one was successful and day two is going well! Water intake was much better yesterday and stuck to meal plan. Now if I can just get myself to bed at a decent hour, I'll be good to go! :)
