Ok, so I finally found a 'before' pic. Even though it doesn't show me 'fully' it def shows my 'girth'. I actually wasn't even as big as my highest weight in this pic. When I saw this, it made me want to cry. It brought back all my insecurities and feelings I had when i was this big. So here it is.......

I still have about 60 more lbs to go...This whole thing started on MFP...a bunch of really inspiring women took pics of themselves in their bathing suits and it really empowered me to take one myself. We have to learn to love ourselves no matter what we look like. I know I will never be 'bikini ready'...but I AM ME READY. if that makes any sense. I need to love the girl in the first pic before I can fully love the girl in the second. I won't lie...the pic was hard to look at. BUT. I'm trying.

2 lbs closer to the 230s and onderland. I have to say, though, it's getting really hard to lose weight now that I'm smaller. I WILL stay the course though. I WILL see 199 if it kills me.

I had a bunch of NSV's yesterday!
1~ I was able to go to the grocery store by myself without having a HUGE anxiety attack. THIS one is really big because for over 3 years I was so scared to go by myself. I know it prob sounds stupid to most, but i was suffereing from extreme anxiety and basically locked myself in the house, and when I DID leave I had to have my GF with me. Going to the store always upset me because i thought people were always staring at me because I was so freaking fat. ANYway, I DID IT and it felt GOOD.
2~ the towel i used after my shower went ALL the way around me...granted it was a big bath towel, BUT this was the first time it weant all the way around without ANY gaps. It felt good.
3~ We went to Pridefest yesterday and I felt PRETTY. It didn't take me 3 hours to get ready because i was crying on my bed because i felt so ugly and fat. I was HAPPY with how I looked. My GF kept telling me how hot I was. It really made me feel GOOD. I wasn't constantly pulling down my shirt or stretching it out because I thought my fat rolls were showing, i didn't want to sit down as soon as we got there....I ENJOYED MYSELF and wasn't self conscious about how I looked. It really felt GREAT!! Ok, just had to share!!!
