I absolutely loooove fatsecret.com.
I was searching in google decent pages where you can count calories but I never thought that I was going to find a place like this.
It is so useful..you can contact with other people,share tips,read personal experiences,see real before and after photos and of course join in challenges.
I KEEP UP BECAUSE OF YOUR SUPPORT!!! THANK YOU GUYS! It is the first time that I am SO excited!

So,oficially the first day is over!
I saw my Food Diary and I realised that 72% of my daily intake is carbs..
Potatoes and bread of course!
I think I am addicted to bread and sugar... At least I am trying to avoid white bread! But I looove rice and pasta!
Do you guys have any tips? How can we avoid snacking and cravings?
And actually,I am a little concerned about the daily exercise routine that I should follow.
I swim sometimes and I walk very often. But I don't like to do push ups or weightlifting..What kind of exercise do you think is more important in order to burn fat and tighten your body?
I want to reach this routine : 3 hours of swimming(moderate) and 3 hours of quick walking/jogging per week ..perhaps I could include 1-2 hours of home exercise.. what do you think?

Okay...so here I am :P
I' ve been overweight all of my life..as a child,as a teenager.
And I really want to change my lifestyle,in order to get rid of my extra kilos/pounds and maintain a healthy weight.
I was always concerned about my weight and always felt ashamed and depressed. Thin,fit,cute or petite are not the words that someone can use to describe me.
I am sorry for the bad English,its not my native language. I am half-Austrian and half-Greek!
So...lets get started. Yay!!!
My biggest problem is that I eat lots of bread and sugar. I reaaaaaally enjoy good food. Especially when I am bored,sad or stressed I tend to sit alone and eat even if I am not really hungry.
I struggle to reduce the amount of calories I get everyday,but I have to tell you that it is very difficult to discipline.
The good news are that I drink lots of water and eat fruits and vegetables. I don't smoke and I rarely drink coffee. I walk almost everyday for at least 20 minutes and I swim twice a week for 1 hour.
Moreover,I do NOT want to follow unhealthy diets or exhausting exercise to achieve my goals.
Lets get started!!!!!
