Super bad news today so im just writing a quick journal to check in and then back to praying, The man I have loved for 9 years, sadly we are not together right now -he went through a midlife crisis and is unfortunatley still working out the kinks,, but he suffered 3 strokes in march he recovered supurbly!!!!!!!!!!! today he is in the hospital and i am shook!!! i cant be there because of some of the kinks - MEN who knows why they do the dumb shyt they do sometimes but im telling yall because i would GREATLY appreciate him being in EVERYBODYS prayers and that he is just lifted for healing - in his mind heart strength and senses!! THANK Yall so much!!!!!

Well didnt get that scale - you know how it goes people SAY theyll do something but then never follow through. but whatever im gonna buy one on payday probly at the thrift store cuz i love me a bargin ;) im confident im loosing its just that my curiousity is getting the best of me. I found this new drink mix called Vita Splash Fiber infused rasberry lemonade drink mix mmm and because of the fiber in it its only 1 net carb wooohooo so i still have to count it so its not a freebie but really the only drink that is is water and or lemon or lime water so its nice to have a change and get the fiber cuz metimucil is well lets just say glumpy if not drinken immediatly wow i learned that the hard way lol. i relized yesterday (i think) y i have been so sad the past week - i am SO use to my children and family being around everyday we are all very close we cook laugh play hangout etc... together and being in school and working always been part of our lives but this year im in a dorm and i dont have all that love around me everyday like my energy is use to and basically i was on empty (so to speak of course) so i have decided Friday nights from now on will be my hangout wit family one or more of the kids night chill and come back to the dorm saturday early afternoon rejuvinated we'll see how it goes. my daughter and I (and the rest of the family quit frankly lol) decided that after thanksgiving i will stay with her until jan 4th, so she isnt alone when she goes into labor and then she has someone there with her and my new grandbaby while she learns all the fun stuff a new mom learns (bathing is already freakin her out) whew do i remember those days and I was only 15 man i was SCARED TO DEATH and on my own since i was 14 there was noone there to teach comfort direct me nothing! I LOVE MY CHILDREN and am blessed by them ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! well with that im outta here got homework to do and i think one of my dorm mates is burning her Garlic so im gonna go put on the Momma Dukez (which is my nickname lol ) hat and check it out nothing worse then the smell of burnt garlic - well except maybe burnt popcorn.

today i put on a pair of jeans for the first time since December and OMG i only started back on my Atkins on 8/18 but i was able to put them on zip them and have been in them comfortably all day and by this time @ night i woulda been had to unbutton and unzip them so i am loosing but OMG ill be glad for payday so i can buy a scale to SEE it WOOOT WOOOOT !!!!!! im feeling sad today about the complicated relationship i still find myself in - dealing with i dont really know what to classify it as, i cant seem to let this go and every time i start prayin about if i should or not i will get a little sign that reminds me to stay strong in faith but today and the past few days actually im sad about it all!!!!!!!! I dont want to move on but i dont want to stay i dont want anyone else but i dont want to keep waiting either OMG affairs of the heart can be SO COMPLICATED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
doing great on my walking had to rearrange my schedule to try and fit everything in, work school homeowrk shopping cleaning cookin laundry walking etc... etc... what i need is a Genie i need a new car enough money for proper grocerys and 2 extra hours in the day lol
I LOVE ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im getting a scale tomorrow so i will do an acurate weigh in the 348 is from the Dr on 8/16 im SO excited because i know im loosing cuz i put on pair of jeans today for the 1st time since December and i dint have to jump into them and i was able to wear them all day comfortabley sitting in a chair in school and work so wooohooo it will be nice to see where im really at. my mini goal is to be by December 31st where i was when i started last year.

Have you ever writen something that at the time just seemed like ya aight but when you go back and read it it really touches you like WOW that REALLY is SPOT ON??? Well i just reread my profile and that was how i felt gave me goose bumps really!!! I had a professor tell me once "Dayna i dont know where you get the idea you cant write because you are very moving" and every once in a while i see something like that and go - okay maybe she was right.
