I've stuck to my diet and light activity about 90%. Results are slow, but coming along (the way I want it). I'm in no rush, just want to get to 200 by summer, plenty of time.

I've buckled down and found some focus lately. I don't want to waste it so I've been following my eating habits and exercise routine closely. I'm going to hit that 200lb mark by summer.

Weighed in at 230 flat. 2 lbs is better than no lbs lost. I'm going to tortoise this one, I've tried the Hare approach, it's too hard.

Has anyone ever talked you into a quick lunch at the "new place in town"? Well it happened to me. Then my motivational buddy here at work saw me with the "evidence" and went off on me. I'll tell you what, get yourself a motivational buddy. Someone that sees you and holds you accountable. He gave me a plan for this evening, which he'll verify I followed. This should balance the mistake I made at lunch. Find someone that will call you out, granted sometimes you feel like a little kid telling explaining a mistake to an adult, but it does wonders on your decision making regarding your meals...

I had a bad day yesterday. I was talked into eating out for lunch, which lead to a 900 cal lunch. Then dinner I made the mistake of not having a plan, which lead to another caloric mistake, not to mention the carbs. The key to success is having a plan, a definitive plan.
